Research clearly shows that loneliness and social isolation is spreading across the United Kingdom and that the rising cost of housing continues to put pressure on households.

With one prospective scheme, we are currently exploring, Market Rasen House, Lincolnshire.  We have challenged ourselves to create a community, with a shared ethos and supportive neighbourly units, whether our occupants are 18 or 81 years of age.

Our connected neighbourhood will be centred on intelligently designed co-housing schemes which will encourage social interaction whilst offering innovative low impact living, energy efficiency, sustainable and smart solutions throughout.

Through this scheme, we will continue to prove that it is possible to provide social integration, health, and well-being, along with environmental sustainability, whilst redefining how to live well in affordable, secure, rental properties.

We want to create a feeling of belonging for our residents’ neighbourhood.  Where belonging comes from community spirit, inclusion, and a positive impact on people’s lives.
