Our simple investment strategy for reducing this affordable housing crisis whilst creating a robust, passive income for our investors, is to develop Houses of Multiple Use  or Small Residential Units, which we will primarily let to The Social Housing Sector (Option A) on fixed, guaranteed leases of 2 – 5 years or to the Open Market, should option (A) not be available for a particular project or programme.
